My recommendation is based on working with Neha at Mazars on audit engagements. Neha is an Actuarial Manager and worked with me on two medium-sized audits and a few smaller engagements.

Neha started and integrated in the team very well. She proved to be a fast learner. She always understood quickly insurers’ and their businesses’ specifics and would adapt review requirements to these. Neha would never restrict her view to a narrow task, but would always step back and try to understand a bigger picture.
